Stay, most meals including light healthy breakfast & coffee/juices daily & most meals, Yoga & Pilates daily led by Kimi, a sound bath, costas verdes tree planting tour, a session with Jon Mognogna a famous foundational training expert. Foundation Training is a re-wiring of the wrong patterns ingrained in our bodies from modern lifestyles that cause pain and deterioration. In 10 to 15 minutes a day, you can reduce pain and increase strength. Transport to Coyol, a Noasara favorite and the view is a must see! A private catamaran charter to snorkel, paddle board and explore pink island...and more!
